In Astana there was held a draw for the first and second rounds of the Women's World Championships which starts tomorrow, May 19, at the Barys Arena ice palace.

In the weight class up to 48 kilograms Kazahstani athlete Nazym Kyzaibay will meet with Angelica Gronska (Poland). Zhayna Shekerbekova (51 kg) passed to the second round automatically and will wait for the winner of the pair of Leskurat (Argentina) - Bochene (Algeria). Similarly, Dina Zholaman (54 kg) in the second round will meet with the strongest in the pair of Nechita (Romania) - Vahner (Germany), and Aizhan Khodzhabekova (57 kg) - with the best in the pair Malovana (Ukraine) - Ksombor (Hungary).

Rimma Volosenko (60 kg) in the second round will meet with the strongest one in the pair of Liu (Hungary) - Rasmussen (Denmark). Zarina Tsoloyeva acting in the weight class up to 64 kilograms in the first round will meet with Ha Thi Lin (Vietnam). Valentina Halzovoya (69 kg) will meet with Himin Ho (Korea).

Violetta Knyazeva (75 kg) in the second round will meet with Caitlin Parker (Australia). In the weight class up to 81 kg Yulduz Mamatkulova will show the strongest one in the fight against Lyubov Pashina (Russia). Finally, in the heavy weight class over 81 kg Lyazzat Kungeybayeva will fight with the winner of the pair of Aynur Rzayeva (Azerbaijan) - Sima Puniya (India).
